My husband and I own and manage a few housing units, and we take great pride in the work we do. We are very active in creating a great living environment for our tenants, and spend a lot of time seeing to their needs. That’s why when one of our tenants leaves without paying rent or for property damages we most often do not have the time necessary to collect the money owed.
